This HDMI Extender allow for transmission of an HDMI source to a remote viewing point using Cat5e or Cat6 cable. A key feature of this kit is that you only require one power supply. Simply plug the PSU into the Sender unit, and power the Receiver from the Sender's power, eliminating the need for a power point on the Receiver side. Using a single Ethernet cable between the Sender and Receiver simplifies installations, and saves costs on expensive lengthy HDMI cables. The HDMI extender kit can be used with CAT5e or CAT6 cabling up to a maximum of 50 meters (bare copper cabling recommended).
