Has 15% Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) with a spice blend. OC does not vaporise and is trapped in the stream of liquid with a non-flammable propellant system. The Oleoresin Capsicum is broken down into micron size as it's being released, which causes immediate inflammation of the mucous membranes on contact.
